3, 2, 1 Cake
1 box Angel Food cake
1 box cake flavor of your choice
water
Dump both cake mixes in a large ziplock bag and shake well. Put 3 T of combined mix in a microwave safe container (small bowel, mug, etc.). Add 2 T of water and stir. Place uncovered in microwave and cook on high for 1 minute. Warm, fluffy cake in 60 seconds!
I add fresh berries and cool whip. You can also invert the cake on a dish and make it fancy with chocolate sauce or frosting. Fun and kid friendly!
Peach Cobbler (EASY!)
2 medium cans of sliced peaches in juice
1 box of yellow cake mix
1 stick of butter
Dump the two cans in a 9x13 sprayed baking dish, sprinkle the cake mix on top, slice the butter into small squares and distribute evenly on top. Place dish uncovered into preheated oven and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
Cupcakes

1 box cake mix of your choice
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 pkg (3.4 oz) vanilla pudding
Use the amount of oil that is indicated on the box. Bake according to directions.
My mom gave me a cupcake book several Christmas' ago. I started baking and decorating these tasty little cakes for fun. It's been my hobby every tax season.
